We put the wine and sake list for Anzu on to Corkscrew initially as an easy-to-navigate tool for guests and would-be diners to investigate matching our Japanese dishes with the old and new world wine list and of course, our sakes. 

However, what's been just as, if not more valuable, is that our staff have adopted it as a way of honing their own food/wine/sake matching skills as they've explored the app at work. It's now a part of our on-going front of house staff training at Anzu.
