Muscat and the oriental cuisines
Muscat is an aromatic white grape variety which is most often used to make sweet wines. Dry muscat is light, floral and grapey with moderate acidity. Dry Muscat is delicious as an aperitif but can also be good with Chinese, Thai and other oriental cuisines.
